PAVILION REGULATIONS
All exhibits must be delivered to the Pavilions between 8:30am - 11:30am on Saturday 4th May 2024 (Except photography which needs to be at the Visitor Information Centre by Friday 3 May 2024.)
Judging will commence after Pavilions close at 11:30am.
Only Stewards and Judges will be allowed in Pavilions while judging is in process.
PAVILIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM 9:00AM SUNDAY 5TH MAY, 2024 AND WILL CLOSE BETWEEN 4:00PM - 5:00PM SUNDAY AFTERNOON. ENTRIES SHOULD REMAIN ON DISPLAY UNTIL 4:30PM AND MUST BE COLLECTED BY 5:00PM
For the most points attained overall in sections by an adult - SPECIAL PRIZE $25
For the most points attained overall in sections by a child - SPECIAL PRIZE $25
SPECIAL PRIZE - $25 cash donated by St George Pastoral & Agricultural Association, Inc will be allocated each year for the best entry in a section rotating from year to year. 2025 will be FLORAL ART.

All exhibits must be clearly marked with Section and Class Numbers and be accompanied with the required Nomination Fee.
Exhibitors are requested to leave exhibits on display until 5:00pm Show Day.
Prize money will be handed out in the pavilion from 4:00pm onwards. Exhibits must present their prize cards to collect money and under 18's must have an adult accompany them to sign for their collection of money. Every care will be taken of the exhibits, but the Show Association will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise in any way.
Entries in any Section are open to residents in the Balonne Shire and/or a 125km radius of St George.
All entries must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor.
As a voluntary organisation, the St George Pastoral & Agricultural Association Inc. is bound by copyright legislation. We are obliged to comply with these regulations in ALL SECTIONS where non-original designs, packaged kits etc are used by exhibitors.
Read guidelines in each Section carefully.
Points allocated 1st Place - 3 points, 2nd place - 2 points, Highly Commended - 1 point (Except Art Section).
Nomination Fee (Except Art) Junior Classes - $0.50 and $1 for all other Classes.
Prize Money 1st - $5.00, 2nd - $2 (unless otherwise stated).

Class 163 Special Prizes for the whole of Pavilion Section
Pavilion Section - Special Prize (Adult) $50 cash for most points attained overall in sections by an adult.
Pavilion Section - Special Prize (Child) $25.00 cash for most points attained overall in Sections by a child
